MQL functions are function Elements that contain native MQL code.

Users need some MQL programming knowledge to create a MQL functions.

MQL functions are provided so that a VTS system can use any functionality that is available in MQL.

Professional programmers can provide complex MQL functions that you can easily add to your Drawing.

There are two types of MQL functions:

• Code Snippet: Lines of MQL code that you want added in-line to your Expert Advisor.

• Prototyped Function:  A fully prototyped function that can be called by name elsewhere in your Expert Advisor.
